Headway doesn't often hire full-time employees. Mostly we utilize other consultants who already have their own clients and projects on the go.

We are currently seeking to establish working relationships with reliable software developers to assist with project work when required. Our projects typically involve: Microsoft Access; VBA; ASP; ASP.Net; SQL Server.

You may or may not already be established as an IT consultant. If you were, we would establish an equitable, partner type of relationship. We would supply each other with our unique technical skills.
