The US ferry workers were on strike so we couldn't even get a cup of coffee
on route. |

As always, we hit the first coffee shop and bakery in town. |

After leaving Lopez village we started making our way over
towards Mackaye Harbour and Agate Cove. |

We stopped at Shark Reef to enjoy the views.

Beautiful driftwood sculptures along Swift Bay. If it wasn't a private beach
it would have been a great place to relax for a wee bit. |

Lopez Island seemed to be a favourite amoungst the group. Very quiet,
relaxing, and no traffic. DAY 8 We took the ferry back to Sydney
were we went our separate ways. |

Vic and Ursula are loading up the truck and heading to catch the ferry back
to Vancouver to start their drive home. The rest of us rode back into
Victoria were we each had our own plans. |
